There's simply no delicate way around it: CoCo Austin has an amazingly sexy body!
Luckily for us, she's decided to share some of the secrets of her dynamite curves, and she's released her very own app to you show you how to get a bangin' bod of your own!
CoCo was nice enough to give us the inside scoop on her app, CoCo's Workout World, (you can download it HERE!) and gave us some EXCLUSIVE details on its launch:
"Well I'm really excited because our app right now is rated one out of ten out of the whole world. And actually is best new app right now on iTunes, which I'm so proud of because I didn't even think that it was going to be out there like that! I was thinking here's a fitness app. All right, this is what I've been trying to get to for many, many years. You know, first I’d been wanting to do a fitness DVD of some sort. But now it's a new day and age, so I figured instead of a DVD, why not just do an app! Better technology. Everybody has a phone in their hand. So I was like okay, let's put it out there and see how it goes and it's the best new app, so I'm like really excited."
But if you're expecting to see a typical aerobics video, you might want to look elsewhere because this is NOT your grandma's workout app!
She goes on to say:
"Mine's a little different from the rest. It's not the typical, ‘okay, do aerobics with me!’ These are moves that I have done my entire life. I’ve been in dance class my whole childhood, so I incorporated dance moves, dance stretching, and bodybuilding. It's personally stuff I've done to stay in shape. So I always say, it might not work for everybody, but it's worked for me, so why don't you give it a try?"
Speaking of dance moves, CoCo says there's one move she's been doing her whole life that might look a bit familiar to some of you Perezcious readers out there:
"Back in the day, it was known as booty shaking. So, for the old school folks, it's still known as booty shaking! But the new word I guess is twerking. It's just a fun way to move your body and a lot of girls ask how you do it, because people don't know what that move is and there's many ways you can booty shake, but we just incorporated a fun couple of moves [into the app] and incorporated an actual routine. As a matter of fact, that's the most popular move on this app!"
Ha! So what does the seasoned twerking vet think of Miley Cyrus's technique? Well, CoCo says she does things a bit differently than the Wrecking Ball singer, but that's probably because she has a slightly bigger booty!
"It’s funny, because when she did that little thing on the VMAs, everybody was on my Twitter saying, 'Coco you need to show her how to do it. You need to show her how to gain some booty.' And I was like, well everybody has their booty in their type of way. And it depends on what frame you have. She probably has a small frame, so I mean, a bigger butt would look weird on her, too. In order to get more of a curvy shaped booty, you got to lift weight!"
We guess twerking is kind of like snow flakes. No two are the same! LOLz!
