Ryan Brown, 22, has one of those interesting jobs where you’re not stuck behind a computer all day.
He literally gets to dance for a living.
Ryan works for Cornerstone Tiles and Flooring in West Palm Beach, Florida as a roadside sign spinner.
He would just listen to music through his headphones and dance and flip around a sign, trying to draw business into the store.
The problem was he got waaaaay into it and began dancing in the middle of the street so a motorist flagged down a deputy and explained he was distracting drivers.
The deputy’s report explained:
"I explained to him why I had made contact with him and he started yelling at me telling me he is a working man not allowing me to tell him why I had checked out with him."
Ryan apparently then began cursing at the cop and reaching into his pocket, even though the deputy told him not to.
So he arrested him on misdemeanor charges of failure to obey police, unlawful use of a state right of way and resisting arrest without violence.
Ryan’s boss said:
"He loves to dance, and some people like it and some don’t. He will be back to hold the sign. He will just have to do it a little differently."
Wow, so he’ll still have a job after all this!
Hopefully he learns to stay on the median this time.
Don’t let them break your spirit! Dance your heart out! (Just stay out of the road!)
