If there's anyone who's living proof that age is just a number, it's Heidi Klum!
The 40-year-old mother of 4 recently graced the cover of Women's Health magazine, and with just a tiny peek at her tightly toned tummy, it's easy to see why she was the perfect choice!!
But how does Heidi manage to keep her abs in such MILF-tastic shape?? Well, she says a big part of it is maintaining a healthy diet, however, just like the rest of us she faces her fair share of temptation!
"There's usually pasta, bread, chicken, fish and vegetables. I'll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want the pasta? I do. But I choose not to eat it."
Talk about having some serious will power!!
Of course, dieting is only half the battle as she also says exercise is a crucial part to staying in shape! But she's starting find that the older she gets, the more she has to workout:
"The metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40. I always thought, 'That's not going to happen to me,' but it is happening to me. If I indulge more, I have to exercise more. I figured out what works for me."
We'd have to agree that it's DEFINITELY working for you!
Heidi went on to say she's never really struggled with body image issues, but if we're being totally honest here, is that really surprising to anyone?
We'd be pretty confident too if we looked that good at 40!!
