This is incredibly sad!
Last night, former President George H.W. Bush was taken by ambulance to Houston Methodist Hospital after experiencing a shortness of breath.
According to spokesman Jim McGrath, George W. Bush's father:

What in the??!?!
How much do you guys know about Parody Law??
It's what you can claim in court if you're lampooning something without permission — think Weird Al's music, except he always asks for permission first!
That's EXACTLY what the owners of the brand new Dumb Starbucks coffee shop in Los Feliz, California, are claiming to avoid legal woes!
Though, we're pretty sure they'll have legal grief regardless, but they say that's for their lawyers to worry about! LOLz!
The coffee shop looks exactly like a regular Starbucks — from the logo to the font, to the offerings — but the main difference is that it's NOT affiliated with the giant coffee chain, and they put the word 'dumb' in front of everything!
Well, they're technically classified as an art installation, and the coffee you buy is the "art." It's pretty clever!
For example, here's an answer from their FAQ:
"Although we are a fully functioning coffee shop, for legal reasons Dumb Starbucks needs to be categorized as a work of parody art. So, in the eyes of the law, our 'coffee shop' is actually an art gallery and the 'coffee' you’re buying is considered the art. But that's for our lawyers to worry about. All you need to do is enjoy our delicious coffee!"
HUGE lines of people were seen grabbing coffee from the bold location!
We'll just see how long it lasts, and what will come first: the parody losing its buzz, or Starbucks finding a way to shut it down!
Until then, enjoy a nice hot cup of art!
Starbucks has no sense of humor and is pretty pissed!
Here's what Starbucks spokesman Jim Olson told CNNMoney:
"We appreciate the humor but they can't use our name. It's a protected trademark. It's our trademark."
Uh, that sounds like you DON'T appreciate the humor. Anything said like that followed by a 'but' isn't true at all!
"We're evaluating our options."
Most of which are probably filed under 'total buzzkill.'
We'll keep U updated!
