Do you want to have an amazing body like Stacy Keibler?? Of course you do!!
Well this is probably the part where you'll want to grab a pen and some paper, because the stunning 33-year-old shared some of secrets of how she stays in such amazing shape while posing for the cover Women's Running magazine!
From a very early age, Stacy developed healthy habits when she started dancing at age 10, and they carried over to her days as a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens!
However, she was shocked to find that she was surprisingly less-active when she joined the WWE! She revealed:
"I stopped dancing to travel around the world with the WWE, but I was still eating the same way. Once I stopped burning all those calories, I felt my body and my energy levels changing."
Stacy decided to take up running to help make up the change in her exercise regimen, and although she left the WWE in 2006, she says she still finds running to not only be good for her body, but good for her mind as well!
She goes on to say:
"[Running] is really how my love for health and wellness started. I started running because it was always the easiest form of exercise to get in. No matter where I was in the world, I could go outside my hotel and take a run. I really found a passion for that. It’s good for my heart and my head."
Well we definitely can't argue with the results!
So what's the moral of the story here? If you want to get your head in the right place and get into fantastic shape like Stacy, you should probably start running right now!
