Here's an idea!
Let's STOP trying to make a George Zimmerman "celebrity" fight happen! It's pretty offensive and appalling, and even Trayvon Martin's family wants NOTHING to do with the proceeds that had been planned to be donated to them!
We can't blame them!
The latest word on the George Zimmerman resurrected "boxing" match is that it's once again not going to happen. FilmOn.com CEO Alki David wanted Zimmerman to fight multiple high profile opponents in a fight-club style match.
The proceeds from those matches would've gone into a foundation set up by Trayvon Martin's family.
The foundation just announced that they don't want that shizz, because it:
"stands boldly against any act of violence."
Here's what David said in response:
"I respect the wishes of the family and in light of this we are canceling the event."
Now if everyone could just never make George feel like a celeb again, that would be great!
He killed Trayvon Martin for no reason, remember?
