Damn, Julianne Hough! Get down with your bad Self!

The former Dancing With The Stars hottie recently posed for the cover of Self magazine just in case we forgot how flawless her figure is! But, in addition to showing off her toned tummy in that sultry blue Lacoste dress (above), she shared some of the secrets to how she stays in such amazing shape, too!
"I don't watch a lot of TV, and when I do, I don't feel like I'm accomplishing much. So at the same time, I'll do butt lifts or leg lifts. Or I'll do maybe 200 sit-ups during Dancing With the Stars. When I'm shooting a movie, if I'm not in a scene, I'll squat and do inner leg pulses until the director yells, 'Cut!'"
Sounds like a good idea to us!
But if you need Julianne to be a little more specific with her workout routine, she also shared some moves that will target your abs:
"I alternate 20 jackknives with other sit-ups: bicycles, side crunches and sit-ups where my feet are touching but my knees are open."
So there you have it! If you want to look JUST like Julianne, all you have to do is about 200 sit-ups while watching DWTS!
That can't be too hard, can it??
