Khloe Kardashian has been through a lot, but throughout it all she's managed to keep her body looking amazing — but is she doing it in an unhealthy way?
One insider totally wants you to think that — but we're not so sure!
Out of a source in Britain comes a story about how Khloe eats just 400 calories per day to stay thin!
Here's what that source said:
“Khloe’s doing morning fasting and doesn’t eat a single thing until around 2pm. She only has a small piece of chicken or a can of tuna and steamed veggies for lunch, snacking on celery until dinner when she has a protein shake and more vegetables."
Well that doesn't seem very healthy! We've always been told that breakfast is important!
“Everyone in her life is begging her to eat more, but Khloe is refusing. She’s not in a good place. Her self-esteem took such a hit when she broke up with Lamar.”
We're not sure that we buy it — Khloe looks healthy to us!
The body is a machine, and without energy it'll just shut down. Food is energy, and with the amount of shizz that Khloe has to do? Girl is CONSTANTLY on the go!
She wouldn't look nearly as great and energetic as she does on 400 calories a day!
If it IS true, and she's somehow managing to hide her fatigue… well, we would hope she snaps out of it! Health is all we have, why put it in jeopardy??
