Following her return, the artist took a moment to thank everyone for their "prayers, love, and support" -- and especially the North Bergen Police Department for bringing her home safe.

Now, he's back to school US on how to handle our own bodies! Because when it comes down to it, a body on tour is different than the bodies in the audience!
Do you have a few quick fitness/health tips you can share?
Yes! Healthy Eating and Exercise are both important for your fitness. Make sure to pay attention to both.
Doing something is always better than doing nothing! Any activity you can add to your life on days when you can't get a formal workout in is for the best.
Always give whatever workout you are doing your best effort. That may be different today than it was yesterday, but if you always give it your all you will make quick progress.
Find something to do that makes your heart sing. Swimming, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Gymnastics, Silk training, These are all great activities to incorporate into your fitness regime.
Building a strong body with some type of weight training will boost your metabolism and make all your other activity more fun. Lift weights, find a great Bootcamp - something that increases your muscle mass.
If you are looking to reduce fat, Interval training is great! Running on the treadmill or doing body weight exercises such as Burpees for a brief and intense all out time followed by a period of rest gets your heart rate up and puts your body in fat burning mode for hours after you are finished.
Incorporate restorative exercise such as yoga that moves and stretches your body - it feels good and makes you stronger for more intense training.
Don't fall for a short term extreme diet ploy. For lasting health and fitness you need a balanced approach.
Eat Slowly and stop before you feel full. It takes a bit for food to reach your tummy. Stopping before you feel full won't leave you feeling stuffed after a meal.
Whole, natural foods should make up most of your food choices. Lean Protein, Veggies, some Whole Grains and you are set.
Skip the fast food, even if it looks like a 'healthy choice'
Do your best - and if you have a day where you think you could have made better choices, don't beat yourself up about it, decide to do better for your very next meal.
Making A Healthier And Happier You:
Make sure you are getting enough rest. This includes actual sleep as well as some downtime in your life when your are awake.
Take steps to reduce stress in your life. Many things i've mentioned here can help with this - exercise, rest, downtime, good food. If your stress is at a very high level, sharing your concerns with a trusted friend can help.
Consider adding meditation to your days - 5 minutes in the morning spent tapping into your inner self can spread positivity and peace through out the day as well as those you come in contact with.
No if you've been waiting for the moment to change your life for the better, why not now??
