Hmmmm. We don't exactly see what's so funny about this situation, but apparently Hollywood does!

20th Century Fox has just purchased the pitch to a comedy called Diplomats, which is based on Dennis Rodman's controversial trips to North Korea over the past year and his strange friendship with Kim Jong-un!

The film is set to be directed by Tim Story, who's riding a tidal wave of momentum after the success of Ride Along, and the script is being written by Peter Chernin, who recently worked on Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy's comedy The Heat!

While the situation with the former basketballer has definitely been strange, it might not be the best idea to poke fun at considering he recently checked into rehab and admitted he had been drinking most of the time!

But hey, we guess we'll leave those decisions to the Hollywood executives!

Doesn't sound the least bit entertaining to me. Rodman's an idiot and so are those that would watch such crap.

I wouldn't watch it. He should stop supporting dictators.

Finally, an original idea. Beats a re-do of an old movie. Cool Runnings, (kind of) but in North Korea.
