A grand total of 890 people set this amazing record at the University of Sheffield in 2012, however, it could have been MUCH bigger! More than 1,500 signed up for the event but only 930 actually showed up, and 40 of them were disqualified for dropping their pancakes! OOPS!!
Most Pancakes Made In 1 Hour

This isn't exactly a convention record, but Ashrita Furman and Bipin Larkin teamed up in New York to 46 pancakes in just one minute in 2009!
