Simply put, the point of The Biggest Loser is to help contestants lose weight and live healthier lifestyles, so one would think GAINING weight after the show would normally be a bad thing!
But not in this case!
Last season's winner Rachel Frederickson stirred up up some controversy when she weighed in at a shocking 105 pounds at the show's finale, prompting many to believe she had gone to unhealthy lengths to lose weight!
However, in a recent interview she revealed she's actually GAINED 20 pounds since the finale, and she couldn't be happier about it:
"I've gone up about 20 pounds. I think I'm at my perfect weight."
We couldn't agree more!!
Rachel's current weight is currently around 124 pounds, which is a LOT healthier for her 5'4" frame, and she says she's still make sure to work out about 6-times a week!
It's definitely great to hear Rachel is taking her health seriously even after the show wrapped up, and it seems like she's pretty happy with the results!
