Nobody does chicken like KFC!

And the Colonel and Co. is about to shake up the fried fast food industry yet again with a NEW kind of finger-lickin’ good restaurant!

Arlington, Texas will be the lucky city that gets the first chance to experience Super Chix, a new chain expected to go international!

Super Chix will offer premium menu items, including a chicken sandwich that some say will rival that of Chick-fil-A or even a Shake Shack burger!

The southern-style sandwich will be paired with hand-cut fries and frozen custard in an effort to give customers a more high-quality eatery that seems to be trending right now.

Well, this is starting to sound quite delicious!

But don’t get too hungry because while the doors in Arlington open this Friday, the company has hinted that this chain could be headed overseas ONLY!

NOOOOO!!!

Virginia Ferguson, a spokeswoman for Yum! Brands, which owns KFC, explained:

"This is an exploratory concept that may in the future be considered for international purposes.”

They currently have no plans to expand around the US!

Unless you’re willing to take a trip to Texas, for now we guess you’ll just have to look at these photos and drool!

Ch-ch-check out the pics of what Super Chix has to offer (below)! It's healthier that way anyway!

  1. 1

Looks good but lose the lettuce and only one or two pickles to be like Chick Fila which I love (extra may please).
KFC used to have a pretty decent value menu but they took off some of my favorites.
