It's not exactly a secret that Erin Andrews is in amazing shape!
Whether she's reporting on the sidelines of a football game or taking on co-hosting duties for DWTS, anyone with a pair of eyeballs can see she's VERY healthy, so her teaming up with Florida Orange Juice made PERFECT sense!
Well Erin talked to us EXCLUSIVELY about how the partnership fit in perfectly with her lifestyle, saying:
"Working out is a big deal for me, but also, what I put in my body and what I do to take care of myself health wise, because I live on the road — I travel, I am on an airplane — so that's why this partnership we have with Florida Orange Juice is a no brainer. But with all of her traveling, we couldn't help but wonder how she still finds time to work out! She explained:
"The biggest thing for me is I'm a Physique 57 lover, so I'm obsessed with their classes. When I'm on the road, I try to do the online classes, and those are really the best thing for me, because I can get a workout in when I'm on the road and I'm not really good about motivating myself when I'm in the gym. So those classes online really push me. It's like I'm in a class here in Los Angeles."
Her health kick doesn't just stop at exercise, as she also says eating right is VERY important:
"I love yogurt, I love granola, I love any sort of energy bars. I try to keep it light, because we always do big meals. When I'm traveling with all the men that I work with, we do such big meals, big lunches, so I try to do a good job of pumping in the good stuff before I end up chowing down with those boys."
Well there you have it, people! If you wanna have a bangin' bod like Erin, hit the gym ANY time you can and be sure you're snacking on healthy foods!
