Let’s face it, sometimes life gets too busy to workout every day, but stars like Bella Thorne still have to keep in shape!
So, how does this 16-year-old do it?!
Just by living her life! Miz Thorne is currently in the middle of recording her self-titled album, acting in several films like Big Sky, AND co-writing a young adult fiction series.
Told you she was busy!
When asked about how she stays in tip top shape though, Bella said:
"Between the film, the album and the book series, I'm not working out now. I get my workout running around. I eat a lot, but I also watch what I eat and snack throughout the day.”
Sometimes a combo of good genes, good habits, and a busy schedule all come together to make a perfect body! Ha!
Whatever Bella does, it’s clearly working!
