Blast those AC’s people because Ivanka Trump’s sizzling on the May cover of SHAPE, putting her former model skillz to werk!
Can you even believe she gave birth to little Joseph Frederick six months ago??
No wonder they picked the mom-to-two to grace their latest issue!
"I ate like a teenager. Carbs three meals a day, usually in the form of pizza or pasta. But when I was expecting Arabella, my attitude toward food changed, and I began thinking about nutrition in a whole new way. I pushed myself to eat more chicken and salmon. Slowly I started to actually enjoy, if not crave, these healthier options. Now healthy eating is the norm for me, especially at breakfast and lunch, although I have no problem with the occasional indulgence and still thoroughly relish it!"
It all starts with eating right! Of course, that’s only half the battle, as the 32-year-old also makes sure she gets her fitness in with Spin classes and yoga, even sharing the time with daughter Arabella! She dished:
"She’ll grab a mat, lay it down next to mine, and show me her poses. You should see her downward dog; it’s so sweet."
Of course, Ivanka is a mom-on-the-go with her two kiddies, so she’ll also squeeze in a workout anytime and anywhere she can, sharing:
"I try to incorporate a little bit here and there. I’ll take the stairs instead of the elevator, or when I’m on a phone call, I’ll do squats or pace the room while I’m talking…All my movements can add up to 5 miles, and I feel like I’ve gotten enough exercise that day. We’re modern women! We have to figure out how to make it work, right?"
Well, there’s no denying it’s working for her! Her post-baby bod is AH-Mazing!!
