By now everyone knows that the 33-year-old reality tv star lost over 50lbs of baby weight by strictly sticking to her Atkins diet, and she’s at it again! A source revealed that she’s only eating “green vegetables because they have more fiber” in addition to lean protein, which actually sounds pretty healthy!
“Her assistant has a bag of celery sticks with her at all times… She doesn’t really drink, but she likes a glass of red wine with dinner and coffee in the morning but her Atkins mania won’t allow her those anymore. She won’t even have a sip.”
Hey, we want an assistant who keeps snacks for us in their bag! Ha!
It’s great that Kim is sticking to her diet, as long as it’s not too extreme.
