Miranda Lambert is so fit and sexy it's ridiculous. Healthy looks SO GOOD on her!
So of course she's on the cover of Women's Health magazine!
How the heck does she been able to stay so smokin' hot??
One of her secrets is staying off the scale! She said:
"The scale is something that can be your worst enemy when you're trying to lose weight or gain weight or whatever you're trying to do to get comfortable. I usually just judge by my clothes. I would say don't get caught up on the scale because you can really get focused on that and it can make you in a bad mood really quickly."
Not stepping on the scale can totally do some good, but that's not enough.
You need to do more! You need to persevere!
"It's really easy to gain weight and it's really hard to lose weight, so just staying focused, and through the holidays not getting off track, you know, I had to really stay focused. If I ate bad in the morning, I tried to do better at night, or vice versa. Just not blowing it all day long, everyday."
So even if you screw up, just get right back up on the horse and keep going.
She does have some guilty pleasures though:
"My guilty pleasure is, well, some people would say it could be music or whatever, but mine is definitely food, and it's mostly Cheetos."
Ha! At least she can admit her love of junk food!
Now that she's been on a fitness journey, her body has been changing and she loves it!
Her favorite change though?
"I guess, if I had to say the favorite part about my new body would probably be my arms. I always struggled with having big arms, so having smaller arms, more toned is definitely a plus."
Her arms look fantastic, as does the rest of her!
