Apparently that's just what one ESPNU reporter did during the FSU shooting.
When she heard about the shooting on Florida State's campus, Marisa Martin tweeted:

It looks like Donald Sterling might finally be ready to wave the white flag!
According to sources, the Los Angeles Clippers owner is turning the team over to his wife and part-owner Shelly Sterling to allow her to negotiate a forced sale of the franchise!
This comes after the NBA filed charges to terminate Donald's ownership this week and gave him until next Tuesday to respond. His lawyer Max Blecher requested a three-month delay, however, the league immediately shot it down!
While it seems he’s ready to finally turn the team over, there’s one teeny tiny problem. Under NBA rules, he’s technically not allowed to turn the team over to anyone due to his ban from team operations!
However, some believe the league will allow it as long as Shelly agrees to sell her shares of the team as well!
It initially seemed that both Donald and Shelly were going to drag out this process for as long as possible, but it appears they had a change of heart and are ready to give up the team sooner rather than later!
We guess they finally realized it was time to move on!
