Chris Pratt is about to blow up.
No, he didn't actually eat a mentos after chugging a bunch of diet coke or something.
We mean when his blockbuster film Guardians of the Galaxy comes out and everyone sees how ripped and hot he is, he'll explode into superstardom.
And that's before he appears in the new Jurassic Park movie too!
The secret to his success is totally gonna be his buff bod and ripped abs! But how did he go from out of shape Andy Dwyer from Parks and Rec, to jacked as hell Star-Lord/Peter Quill from Guardians of the Galaxy??
According to him:
"Three or four hours a day of just consistent, ass-kicking hard work."
Ha! That really seems to be the secret: perseverance.
He's so fit now that he's on the cover of Men's Fitness magazine!!
Pratt worked with a personal trainer and a nutritionist to bring his daily caloric intake to 4,000 calories a day! With tons of water on top! He said:
"I was peeing all day long, every day. That part was a nightmare."
He's hilariously, but he's also a hard worker, doing P90X, running, swimming, boxing, kickboxing and he even ran a triathlon!
Looks like he's ripped and those abs might be here to stay!
