Jennifer Lopez has always been so fit, it's crazy to think she'd ever need to lose weight.

She's stunningly beautiful and even though she's about to turn 45, she has the body of an 18-year-old fitness model!

What's amazing is even though she looks great, she was able to lose 10-pounds!

But how does she do it?? She's already so fit!!

She did it by sticking to a strict vegan diet and doing daily six-hour dance workouts!

She said:

"You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat. It's a job - you've got to buckle down. I feel great mentally and physically! I'm not an exercise fanatic. I don't love it, but I do dance a lot for the shows, so that helps."

So that's really it, the secret is making it a part time job. You don't have to love exercise to do it for your health.

Most people don't get super pumped up about brushing their teeth but they do anyway.

Also, exercising is generally way more fun than brushing your teeth! LOLz!

    So, her "secret" is no secret at all!
    What losing weight all boils down to is this: If you create a calorie deficit by burning more calories than you consume, you lose weight, It really is that simple. She obviously works out a lot!
    I lost 40lbs in 12 weeks following a diet and fitness program recommended which does just that with a healthy balanced diet and an exercise routine. I only hope that one day I will look like her - she looks fabulous!
