Adam Richman, star of Man v. Food, dug himself a pretty deep hole recently.
What should've been Adam and his fans celebrating his 70-pound weight loss on Instagram, turned into a shi*tstorm!
We previously mentioned that he accidentally used the hashtag "#thinspiration" to promote his weight loss, not realizing it was usually a pro-anorexia, pro-bulimia thing.
So Instagram users called him out, and he fired back angrily, even basically telling one person to kill themselves!
Well now Amber Sarah, an Instagram user who Richman called a c*nt, is celebrating the Travel Channel for postponing his new show's debut, Man Finds Food.
But that doesn't mean she wishes him the worst. She actually wants him to help those he hurt by volunteering with eating disorder groups!
She even suggests he participates in walks that help obese people get in shape.
That's a great idea! We love that instead of continuing the trend of hate, she gave him some suggestion on how he can actually help, not hurt people!
Also, she suggests he donates money, which always helps sway public opinion.
Solid ideas all around, hopefully Adam listens!
