If you're a diehard Drake fan who's looking forward to catching the Canadian rapper at Wireless Festival in London or Roskilde Festival in Denmark, we have some pretty bad news!
Drizzy recently announced he would be canceling his headlining spots at the two European festival after coming down with an unknown illness earlier this week, and it sounds like doctors are telling him to take it easy for the next few days!
"To my beloved fans, it truly breaks my heart that I won't be able to perform as planned at Wireless and Roskilde this weekend. I got sick a few days ago and although I am on my way to bouncing back, my doctors have made it clear that I am not physically fit to fly or deliver the performance my fans expect and deserve from me. I will be focused on resting for a quick recovery. I have the best fans in the world and I can't wait to come back to make more incredible memories together."
Now if you're wondering what this means for festival-goers who were looking forward who were looking forward to seeing the rapper in action, it means both festivals had to find replacements, and that's where the good news comes in!
Obviously nobody could actually fill Drizzy's Jordans, but each festival managed to book a little rapper by the name of Kanye West to cover for him! That's one hell of a consolation prize!
We're not telling Ye how to do his job or anything, but wouldn't it be awesome if he took the stage and ONLY did Drake songs?? Seriously, can you imagine Yeezus singing Worst Behavior?? Now THAT would be a concert worth seeing!
