Palestine’s All-Girl Soccer Team Is SO Good! They Took On The Men’s Team & Wait Until You See How This Match Ended!

Think of Palestine and you probably don’t think about a place catering much to women’s sports.

Which is why seeing a group of girls come together to play soccer is truly an inspiration, both to their country and to people around the world!

The Palestinian national women’s football team has been around for more than a decade, made up of players who come together for their love of the game. Politics and religion play no part in whose on the pitch - these women are teammates regardless.

Like team captain Marian Albandak: a Christian who plays midfield and defender. She passes the ball to Nevin Alkolayb, a Muslim and the only woman on the squad who wears a hijab.

There is no question, these women have skills. So much in fact, they were courageous enough to take on the boys!

In the video above, the women's national team play a men’s team and the final score might surprise you!

Their bravery both on the field and in their everyday lives will make you look at overcoming challenges in a completely new light!

"Think of Palestine and you probably don’t think about a place catering much to women’s sports"

That's a completely ludicrous and quite frankly racist comment to make. If you knew anything about Palestine's history you would know about the secular Fatah led Palestinian nationalist movement which has always involved women in both the political and public sphere more generally.
If you're simply generalizing because these people are Arab, at least recognize the difference between Palestine's religious diversity and Saudi for example.

Seriously? why not report on what's really going on in Palestine? Like how 600+ have died so far and the entire world is protesting a genocide because it is the right thing to do? I understand this is a celebrity gossip site but if this was any other violent incident elsewhere you would've posted about it. #FreePalestine #GazaUnderAttack #EndTheGenocide
