zOMG! This is HIGHlarious!
Since it was time for the Commonwealth Games, Prince Harry and his grandma Queen Elizabeth decided to have some fun of their own and photobomb the athletes!
They didn’t get a ton of opportunities, but for a few people, their pics were a once in a lifetime opportunity!
For example, when the 88-year-old Queen snuck in behind Hockeyroo players Jayde Taylor and Brooke Peris! Though, that one was a little more planned than Prince Harry’s!
The Royal Ginger was a few rows behind New Zealand rugby sevens coach Sir Gordon Tietjens, Sport Manawatu chief executive Trevor Shailer and Massey University Professor Emeritus Gary Hermansson when he sneakily gave a ‘thumbs up’ in the background.
Unfortunately, Prince William and Kate Middleton weren’t in the photobombing spirit, since they didn’t make it into anyone’s picture.
But it was still a royally awesome idea! Loves it!
