Megan said:

"I've had to eliminate bread from my diet, so I'm on that high-protein, very low-carbohydrate, very low-sugar diet. It's kind of awful."

Sure, giving up bread can't be easy, but there are so many healthy, tasty options with Paleo!

It's all about grass-fed beef and bison, healthy fats like coconut oil and avocado, and all sorts of tasty veggies. We could all do without the things Paleo excludes, like sugar, dairy, gluten, legumes, starches, processed foods and alcohol.

Definitely sounds like a diet worth looking into!

    Very nice and informative article! Way to go Megan!! I think cutting out dairy would improve my results, too. I've actually gotten good results so far from a Paleo Diet. Staying away from some of my favorite junk food is hard, but the results are making it worth it every day.

    I just followed a guide and made sure I didn't do anything too ridiculous. Here's a link to the guide I used:
