This is incredibly sad!
Last night, former President George H.W. Bush was taken by ambulance to Houston Methodist Hospital after experiencing a shortness of breath.
According to spokesman Jim McGrath, George W. Bush's father:

This is the LEAST he could do after such a horrible accident!
Race car driver Tony Stewart was competing at Canandaigua (N.Y.) Motorsports Park on Saturday night, when there was a little accident.
His car bumped Kevin Ward Jr.’s, but Ward was okay… until he got out of his car to confront Stewart.
By that time, Stewart was making his way back around the track, and his car HIT Ward, sending him flying, and resulting in his death!
Stewart — who is known for being a hothead throughout his career — pulled out of his NASCAR race at Watkins Glen on Sunday as a result.
"There aren’t words to describe the sadness I feel about the accident that took the life of Kevin Ward Jr. It’s a very emotional time for all involved, and it is the reason I’ve decided not to participate in today’s race at WGI. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and everyone affected by this tragedy.”
NASCAR released their own statement, essentially saying they support Tony’s choice.
The police were initially brought in to see if there were any charges to make, but Sheriff Philip Povero said that none are pending at this time.
You can see the video of the accident (below), but be warned because it is very graphic.
