Kim Kardashian has been recently tweeting about wanting to get rid of some pounds, so she’s been sticking to a strict diet.
Well, she’s also joined the waist training club!

Well, waist training is actually less extreme than you may think! It helps people shape their bodies in a less cray cray and intense way than corsets!
As for Kim, a source revealed that she’s stuck to her weight loss goals, losing seven pounds in two weeks, saying:
"She feels like she's reached her goal weight now. You can tell she slimmed down."
Well that’s good! At first she was saying she needed to lose 10-15 lbs, but we knew that couldn’t be the case! She’s already so tiny!
