If you want a physically fit physique like Britney Spears, you’ve gotta put in the time and effort! BritBrit’s personal trainer is spilling the secrets he uses to get her into shape!
Tony Martinez says he ALWAYS does his exercise with Miz Spears in the sand! He explains:
"I wanted her to have something at the beach. It’s so calming and peaceful. You can see the dolphins out there, and I try to make the exercises facing the ocean.”
Doesn’t sound so bad, right??
Too bad you’re not just chilling in the sun watching the waves crash onto the shore. This is HARD!
Tony maximizes his time with his pop star client by doing interval exercises that use her whole body. Each activity combines two different target areas and always includes her abdominal muscles! And after each one, the two play a 5-point game of volleyball to pump up the cardio!
If Britney loses, she’s gotta run to the ocean and back and Tony makes sure she touches the water!
Holy hell! This sounds rough! We wonder if Brit is ever tempted to run into the ocean and try and swim away from him! Now THAT’D be a work out!

One day, she and Tony ran from pier to pier for a total of 4 miles! And when they finished, he says she turned to him and admitted:
"I would definitely do that again!”
