Ben Affleck has been in the news a lot recently but not for his upcoming superhero flick Batman v Superman. It came out earlier this week that Ben and his wife Jennifer Garner are getting a divorce.

Well apparently this isn't stopping Affleck from heading down to Comic-Con to help promote next year's sure-to-be blockbuster. Affleck will be starring as Batman opposite Henry Cavill as Superman in the flick and both are scheduled to appear along with Gal Gadot and director Zack Snyder to help promote their film, which is due out March 25, 2016.

Fear The Walking Dead is just a couple months away from premiering, and it feels like every single day we're getting a closer look at what's to come from AMC's The Walking Dead spinoff.
The official poster for the horror-drama's debut at San Diego Comic-Con dropped on Monday, and it offers up a look at the Santa Monica Pier getting swarmed by its very first zombie!

It's a rather tranquil tableau of what we know is actually going to happen once more humans transition into the leg-dragging walkers we've come to know and love in Atlanta.

After the 2011 disaster that was Ryan Reynolds' Green Lantern, Warner Brothers and DC won't be ready to give us a new solo Green Lantern movie until 2020.
But even that far out there are new rumors popping up about some of the details, the first being that there will be more than one ring-bearing hero in the reboot!
And one of them will be John Stewart, who fans know from the excellent Justice League cartoons!

In the comics there are hundreds of Green Lanterns across the universe, a sort of intergalactic space police force.
Not only would multiple Green Lanterns make for a unique buddy cop dynamic, but also allow for even more superhero diversity!
But the news doesn't stop there! There's also a rumor floating around, that Chris Pine might be playing
Cannes may have requested that celebs not take selfies on the red carpet — but Comic-Con ain't asking!
The massive geek gathering has officially banned the use of the selfie stick.
According to a new set of rules based on new technology, Comic-Con International and WonderCon have also prohibited live streaming, vaping, and drones! So if Enrique Iglesias decides to cosplay as a one-handed Luke Skywalker, he'll be perfectly safe.

We guess that's all fine and good, but half the fun of Comic-Con is taking pics of yourself with all the like-minded super fans in awesome costumes.
Wouldn't the selfie stick help with that? Not according to the new rule. The official blog explains:

Such was the case on Monday when Scream Queen actresses Lea Michele and Emma Roberts were seen off-duty chilling with their respective boos in New Orleans, Lousiana!

Miz Lea was spotted with hunky boyfriend Matthew Paetz taking a lovely stroll in the park before grabbing a bite to eat for lunch! Both were dressed in all-black athletic clothes. Why so grim, guys?!
While Miz Roberts was spotted with fiancé Evan Peters sipping coffee — WITHOUT her diamond ring!

On March 21, the actor unfortunately suffered a seizure at the Heart of Texas Comic-Con while meeting with fans. Shortly after the health scare, the Austin Powers star was taken to the hospital to undergo a series of tests which thankfully concluded he was okay to go home.

To ease the worry of his fans, the 46-year-old released the following statement:
"I'm sure you guys have heard some news that I went to the hospital. But I just want to reassure you and let everybody know that I'm doing fine. I was there for maybe a couple of hours, did some tests and now I'm here at the hotel."
We're so relieved to learn that Verne is doing well and we hope his health continues to improve!
