One last hurrah!
As we reported earlier this month, Us Weekly was bought by American Media, Inc., whose Chairman and CEO David Packer is a big Donald Trump supporter! AMI also owns The National Enquirer which has been running SEVERAL pro-Trump stories in the past few months.

On Thursday, the celebrity news publication reportedly laid off 40 employees including Editor-in-Chief Michael Steele.
Before the bloodbath occurred, the cover of its latest issue — dated April 3, 2017 — was released and its hard not to see an anti-Donnie message!
The cover story — about Melania Trump and her husband having marital problems — could possibly be a huge "fuck you" to AMI, Packer, and his conservative beliefs. Perhaps staffers knew the end was near and wanted to go out in a blaze of glory!
Either way, the news organization will never be the same…

Donald Trump wants you to know that the failed Affordable Care Act repeal is definitely, 100% NOT his fault.
While making his address shortly after the Republican healthcare bill was pulled before going to a vote, the 70-year-old blamed Democrats (namely leaders Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer) for the major fail.

Hey Drumpster, we know you're not a huge legislature buff, but you don't need support from the Dems when you have the majority across the board… you just have to create something even your own people like!
Anyway, POTUS went on to say that now he's going to "move on" to other issues like tax reform while he waits around for Obamacare to "explode."
You can't claim to care so0o0o much about the American people, and then just say you're going to watch everything burn in flames! Being a leader doesn't work that way!
Watch his delusional speech from the Oval Office (below)!
Paul Ryan came up short, you guys.
On Friday, Donald Trump called for a House vote on the health bill, hoping there would be enough Republican support behind the half-baked replacement for Obamacare.
But things didn't go as planned during the floor debate, when House Speaker Ryan realized he didn't have enough congressional backers for his baby, the American Health Care Act.
Instead of crash and burn, Ryan told POTUS to pull the healthcare bill — and while he may have lost the battle, the Speaker made it clear he will not lose the war.

After the dramatic pull out, Ryan spoke to press about the major failure and almost made us feel sorry for him with those sad doe eyes.
Ryan explained the House didn't have the "consensus" they needed to move the legislation forward and write the bill — which would have been a "favor" to the architects of the Affordable Care Act.
He clarified that the difference in opinion was not IF Obamacare should be replaced, but on
Here's something we never thought we'd say: Donald Trump just pulled out!
The President delivered an ultimatum to lawmakers this week, ordering the House of Representatives to vote on the GOP's health care replacement or keeping Obamacare in tact.
The House was set to vote on the legislation on Friday, though most congressionals opposed the half-baked American Health Care Act.

Trump and house speaker Paul Ryan were once confident they could get enough Republican votes to replace the Affordable Care Act — but shit went SOUTH first on Thursday and then during the formal debate on the bill Friday morning.
How south? The House called for a recess just MINUTES before the official vote was supposed to go down. Republican representatives dramatically called for a secret meeting, frantically scrambling for last minute support.
That effort proved to be futile minutes later, when it was reported that the President called for Ryan to pull the bill completely:
We're not sure what we'd do if we didn't have Seth Meyers guiding us through Donald Trump's America.
On Thursday, the Late Night host tackled one of the many controversies surrounding Trump's administration. Specifically, the funnyman took "a closer look" at the GOP's attempt to ram their healthcare plan through Congress. Oh boy!

And the Saturday Night Live alum had quite the field day DRAGGING the Republican party for being hypocrites for rewriting the healthcare bill behind closed doors — something they accused Barack Obama's administration of doing.
As Seth highlighted, the Republicans' frantic rewrites probably have something to do with the fact that they only have 17% of Americans who approve of the proposed bill.
Thankfully, the Republicans have since decided to postpone the vote to Friday. Be sure to watch Seth LAY INTO the GOP and Trump for yourself in the video (below)!
