Frankie Muniz Involved In Domestic Violence Disturbance!

frankie muniz gets into a major domestic dispute

Yet another former child star headed for trouble. So sad…

According to a police report, Malcom in the Middle/Agent Cody Banks star Frankie Muniz put a gun to his own head during a domestic dispute with his girlfriend on Friday night.

Apparently, the two got into an argument about "prior relationships," and then Muniz's girlfriend Elycia Turnbow claims he "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide."

Here's what Frankie had to say about it:

"I grabbed the case, but not the gun … it isn't even loaded."

The police did, in fact, find a loaded gun in his house. Scary.

Following the incident, Frankie was brought to the hospital, returned home after 10 pm, and then things got increasingly heated. Elycia claims he "punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom."

When asked about it by police, Muniz denied it and said the following:

"I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry."

As far as Frankie's take on the story is concerned, he claims he was sleeping and his girlfriend woke him up by "yelling at him and hitting him in the face," and while he was defending himself "Elycia fell to the ground and started to kick the bedroom door."

Frankie's gun has been impounded, and the couple were warned that they'll be arrested if anything like this occurs again.

What a shame! Hopefully Frankie will get himself together, but if he's acted like this before, he's likely to do this again, unless he gets help.

They must have some nice facilities in Arizona. Look into it, Frankie!

Frankie Muniz Reveals He's A Millionaire In The Most HIGHlarious Way Ever!

Who knew that this kid was such a sass machine?! We are impressed!

We imagine that Frankie Muniz probably is used to getting a lot of shit for his past career as a child actor, but when a Twitter user sent him a douchey message that criticized his 'talent,' we didn't expect him to bite back as HIGHlariously as he did!

The user wrote:

@frankiemuniz ur acting is just, awful. sorry but, it is.

And without missing a beat, Muniz responded with:

@iHeartMtnDEW Yeah, but being retired with $40,000,000.00 at 19 has not been awful. Good luck moving out of your moms house before youre 35.

HA!

Touché, Agent Cody Banks!

LeBeouf Vs. Muniz!

| Filed under: Celebrity FeudsShia LaBeoufFrankie Muniz

Back in 1998, when Frankie Muniz and Shia LeBeouf were both 12-years-old, they had a falling out - and Muniz was on top of his game!

It seems Shia hasn't moved past that. While the movie star was promoting Wall Street 2 on The Bert Show this week, Shia was asked about the fact that the last of his six movies have opening in first place.

"While that's flattering as hell, you could have put Frankie Muniz into any the movies I've been in and those movies would have still been number one," he responded.

The radio host wondered what he would say to Frankie if he approached him at a party.

"I don't go to many parties and I don't really hang out in Frank Muniz-type zones," LaBeouf replied. Then, he continued to refer to Muniz as "the king" and "the chief."

Wow! And, of course, Frankie got wind of it! He took to his Twitter to address the Shia.

Muniz Tweeted:

"Dear Shia Labeouf. It's getting creepy the fact that you can't stop talking about me. It's been 12 years now. I don't know you. Thanks."

Touche.

Frankie Muniz Talks Music

| Filed under: Music MinuteFrankie Muniz

Acting, racing and now music?

As we mentioned before Frankie Muniz is now the drummer in unsigned band You Hang Up from Arizona and he opened up about his latest career move:

On his music background:

"I've been playing since I was 12 years old, but nothing serious. I was a five-minute-per-week hobby drummer. I'd only played to my iPod with headphones on. It was always a dream to be in a band, but with acting going on, I never really considered it being something that could actually happen. And if I could get in a band, I wanted it to be something that was completely serious, with good music.

"But it felt like one of those jobs when you're a kid and you want to be an astronaut or something. I've been very fortunate in my life to have three of those jobs — being an actor, a race car driver and now a musician."

On how he ended up in a band from Arizona:

"My girlfriend was contacted by the lead singer, Aaron, just kind of saying, 'We have mutual friends, check out our music.' So we listened to You Hang Up, and I really, really liked it — it's the type of music I listen to.

"Then Aaron said he saw a video of me drumming on my Myspace profile. He asked if I've ever been interested in playing in a band, and literally that day we got lunch and talked about the band and the music and I said I'd love to be a part of it. That was Dec. 20; we had our first practice Jan. 1."

On how the band is coming along:

"We've progressed insanely. We've been trying to keep everything completely under the radar as long as possible, playing small shows under different band names. Now we're ready to go out and show everyone what we're made of. We had rehearsal last night — the new stuff we're coming out with is exciting. So far it's been an amazingly fun experience, and that's what's important."

On his future in all three careers:

"I want to go racing, for sure, but I'm really excited about the band. I've also got some acting things going, a show I'm developing. I'm busy! Acting was on the back burner for a few years, but now I've got the option of heading back that way. The problem is that all three jobs are full-time."

How Hollywood of him to be trying everything — is a cologne or fashion line next?

Frankie Muniz Is Hardcore!

There's a sentence you'd never thought you'd read.

Apparently, Frankie Muniz has abandoned his aspirations to be an actor and a wicked cool race car driver so her can bang on the drums all day!

We've just found out that he has been held up in Phoenix with a new rock band called You Hang Up. Frankie plays the drums and after listening to some of the stuff on the band's MySpace page, we think Frankie shouldn't have been to quick to leaving his racing days behind him. Anything he did on the track would be infinitely more exciting than these snooooze songs we're listening to right now.

You had bigger dreams, bb! What the hell happened?!

Retiring From Hollywood….And No One Cares

wenn1817114.jpg

One of the most beloved actors of our generation is quitting acting.

We are DEVASTATED!!!!!!!!

Former Malcom in the Middle star, Frankie Muniz is set to leave Hollywood for good.

Muniz, at 22, has decided to quit Hollywood and pursue race car driving!

Riiiight.

Muniz is heading off to Arizona soon to focus on his new career.

He's so determined, he's even put his home in West Hollywood up for sale. Asking price is $3.695 million.

Maybe he's made enough money with his TV show and tween films that he can just "retire" from acting and race?

An insider says, "He's moving to Scottsdale. He's decided to focus his energy on racing and feels that he doesn't need a home in Hollywood anymore."

As for Muniz, he won't really miss Hollywood at all, saying, "I really wouldn't mind if I never acted again. Racing is definitely my passion, this is my career now and what I definitely want to do for the rest of my life."

Let's just hope those millions he has in the bank don't get wasted away if he doesn't make any money racing.

We don't wanna see him on Celebrity Rehab in two years! Or, maybe we DO!
