And while he easily could have taken the August issue as The Joker, the actor is quite simply him… well, in all his shirtless glory!

The 44-year-old has his INSANE six-pack on full display as he looks more shredded than ever, but it's inside the magazine that Jared really has our full attention.
Of course with his highly-anticipated performance as The Joker soon to be shown on big screens, he shared:
"The Joker is incredibly comfortable with acts of violence. I was watching real violence, consuming that. There's a lot you can learn from seeing it. Not every act of violence is committed with frenzy, either. I remember learning that. People can be calm. They've made their choice and go and do something, and it's not in a frenzy. It's methodical and sometimes even hypnotic and deliberate."
