Kat Von D is sorry she's not sorry!
The tattoo artist faced some criticism earlier this week for naming one of her lipsticks from her makeup line with Sephora Underage Red.
When a shopper tweeted that the moniker seemed inappropriate, the tweet (with an image of the name) went viral, prompting many to say that the branding was sending the wrong message.
Kat published a lengthy explanation of her inspiration behind the name on her Facebook account, saying:
We'd almost like to meet the person who came up with the name of this lipstick. Just to ask them, "WHY???"
"At the end of the day, it's just a f*cking lipstick."
That's what she reportedly tweeted then deleted following criticism that the name
While Kat Von D's aggressive attitude is totally understandable since her tattoo shop did catch on fire and all, it was still very rude!
Early this morning, the well-known tattoo artist's shop, High Voltage Tattoo in West Hollywood, caught on fire and it took firefighters several hours to put the flames out.
Naturally, local news stations flocked to the scene to cover the incident.

Police are frantically trying to find Michael Nunn, an Iowa man they believe has been sending Kat Von D death threats online!

Sephora has been selling "Celebutard" lipstick from Kat Von D's Painted Love line, and has received a plethora of complaints from organizations like Down Syndrome Uprising, Family Member, Inclusion BC, and All About Developmental Disabilities about the insensitive name choice.
"Celebutard" is apparently a mashup of the words "celebrity" and "retard," which has prompted major concern from many customers.
Kim Stagliano, managing editor of Age of Autism, voiced the following:
From twerking and stripping for the cameras to getting her grandmother inked on her arm!
Miley Cyrus sure is up for anything these days!
We wish we could say we're surprised to see that Mileybird is adding another tattoo to her growing collection, but is it really possible for the porno pumpkin queen to surprise anyone these days??
What IS surprising about her new ink is that it's quite tame! In fact, it includes NO nudity, sex or pot references, OR naughtiness in general! That's because her new tattoo is of her grandmother!
Mileybird included a message with her Instagram pic of the tat:
