Simon's Angels!

Demi Lovato is already an ol' pro at this, but now she's got two beautiful new ladies by her side!

Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio are the new official co-judges for X Factor and they looked like perfection during the first day of auditions in Charleston, South Carolina on Tuesday.

Paulina wore a coral Roland Mouret dress paired with Valentino shoes and Piumelli gloves while Kelly Rowland rocked the shiz out of a yellow top and skirt by Shakuhachi with a Balmain belt and Alaia shoes!

Not surprisingly, DemDem continued with her rocker edge Topshop look, wearing a leather jacket, pants and heels.

SooooOOOooo sexy! We see that Simon knew EXACTLY what he was doing when he hired these lovely ladies!

It wasn't a dream!!! This is really happening!

Only hours after Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio filled the open judge's chairs on X Factor, the duo flew to South Carolina take a first look at this season's talent with Demi Lovato & Simon Cowell!!

ZOMG!! That foursome looks FIERCE!

Today is day numero uno of the Charleston auditions and we cannot wait to see what type of talent they uncovered!

AH-Mazingly enough, mother nature almost kept Simon from completing the journey to SC!

These two are at it again!

Following their Dirty Laundry collaboration, The Dream and Kelly Rowland have teamed up once more for their latest track Where Have You Been. Sure enough, it's AH-mazing!

What's more, the two will be performing the ballad — featured on Dream’s album IV Play — later this evening on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno!

Kelly Rowland can Breathe a sigh of relief, because one less gal is competing for a spot at the judge's table!!

Like a splash of soy milk in your 6 shot venti, rumors swirled around Faith Hill and X Factor — the implication being that the country legend may take one of the open spots on the panel!

As lovely as that thought may be, it's just plain fiction!!

The Way You Love Me singer took to Twitter and revealed:

The (most likey) new X Factor judge just doesn't even know HOW to disappoint.

Why? Because she's a legend! A Kelly Rowlegend!

She wore a silver beaded Rami Al Ali gown to the Billboard Music Awards blue carpet, shining and glowing like a pretty little unicorn.

Even her silky smooth leg peeking out of the dress' slit is legendary.

Ain't got no Dirty Laundry here!

This is just so, SO EXCITING!

Although the only two folks confirmed to be returning to the X Factor judges panel for the reality competition's upcoming third season are Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato, it appears that this will all change on Monday afternoon - as that's when the two latest recruits will be announced!

Simon took to Twitter early this morning to reveal:

We don't blame you, gurl!

Her new release is a seriously emotional, heavy song that had us in tears and we weren't even involved!

But we aren't the only ones crying as Kelly Rowland admitted recording Dirty Laundry was nearly impossible.

With the song hitting hard on an abusive relationship she was tormented in and the pain of seeing Beyoncé's career skyrocket while her's remained stagnant after Destiny's Child went their separate ways, Kelly was torn to pieces every time she tried to get through the song.

She admitted:
