What an inspiring story!
And she did it with stretch marks and all!
Conner is sharing her story on social media to hopefully inspire others, as she told Daily Mail:

Matthew Morrison's performance of Stronger at the Tony Awards was one of our highlights of the show! Not only is he great, but the song itself is sooooo good!
AND, in an unusual move, entertainment mogul Harvey Weinstein - who produced the Broadway musical based on his film - released a concept album concurrently with an official cast recording.
The concept album has recording artists covering the songs from the show, and one of our most Perezcious faves, Kiesza, covered Stronger.
The arrangement is Gloria Estefan's Reach meets The Lion King. Epic!
And Kiesza's vocals are so crazy good on this! SOARING!
Check out the greatness above!!
Are they sharing a stylist?!
Miz Peters arrived in a green dress which hugged all of her curves, but it's her styling that caught our eye! With that red hair, and gorgeous face, she could be Kiesza's twin!
Meanwhile, the Hideaway singer went with a VERY busy white dress, featuring sheer accents throughout. And as if she didn't already have a lot going on, Kiesza added some chunky jewelry, including her septum ring. There's no reason this outfit should work, but she somehow pulled it off!
We're still just fixated on how similar the two beauties look though! They've got to be related somehow, right?!

It's always a good day when Kiesza is a part of it!
The entertainer's new video for Sound of a Woman debuted this week, and it's amazing!
There's less dancing than we're used to, but it's about sound, not sick moves! The visuals are still right on-point though!

The 2015 Juno Awards was a night to remember this past weekend for singer Kiesza. Her breakout year continued when she won three out of the four categories she was nominated for!!
Not only did the 26-year-old take home the award for breakthrough artist of the year, she also won best dance album for Sound of a Woman and best music video for Hideaway!
If that wasn't enough, the Canadian artist then took to the stage to soulfully belt Sound of a Woman, followed by an epic performance of Hideaway!
Ch-ch-check out the the video (above) to see the AH-mazing performances!!
