The 35-year-old wrote that she doesn't understand why characteristically female traits are perceived as weaknesses, saying:

"For the majority of the human timeline, these differences were openly viewed as female weaknesses; creating a chasm between men and women. And though that view has been quieted, it has not disappeared. There are echoes of it everywhere you look. My question is who decided these differences were weak?"

The momma-of-two encouraged lovely ladies everywhere to embrace these things, adding:

Erin Andrews and J.J. Watt were an interesting choice to host the CMT Music Awards; as an ESPN reporter and an NFL star, they're known more for being part of the sports world…

But one thing they do know? Celebrities!

The pair opened the show with a star-studded sketch (above) framing the award show as a workplace comedy, featuring country celebs like Florida Georgia Line, Luke Bryan, Brett Eldredge, and Darius Rucker, but also totally randomly — Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Kristen Bell!

So inspirational!

On Tuesday, Kristen Bell once again opened up about her dark time in college when she battle depression and talked about how she learned to cope with the mental disorder. Fierce.

In a powerful note for Motto, the Frozen star penned:

"I felt plagued with a negative attitude and a sense that I was permanently in the shade. I'm normally such a bubbly, positive person, and all of a sudden I stopped feeling like myself. There was no logical reason for me to feel this way. I was at New York University, I was paying my bills on time, I had friends and ambition — but for some reason, there was something intangible dragging me down."

Wow. Luckily, Miz Bell's mom encouraged her to seek help and acknowledged that there was no shame in going to therapy.

Then, why didn't Kristen really talk about her mental health issues until recently? The A-lister noted:

Bad Moms Kristen Bell, Mila Kunis, & Kathryn Hahn Don't Look Too Good On The Billboard Music Awards Red Carpet…

They're gonna get grounded for this…

The Billboard Music Awards are all about the music industry, but that doesn't mean it's a completely exclusive event.

In fact, Kristen Bell, Mila Kunis and Kathryn Hahn walked the red carpet on Sunday to promote their new movie Bad Moms, but we just can't get over their bad looks.

None of the actresses looked terrible by any means, but there's just a little something off about this trio.

Kristen's Jonathan Simkhai jumpsuit fared the best of the trio, but while we love the top… we're not huge fans of the fit. Mila's Zuhair Murad mini-dress, on the other hand, looked quite unflattering in the hips, and it's just not what we're used to for the A-Lister. She completed the look with Anita Ko jewels.

Lastly, Kathryn's Altuzarra dress fit really well, but there was simply way too much going on with the red, silver, and black color blocking.

Still, make sure to catch Bad Moms in theaters on July 29 to see how good Kristen, Mila, and Kathryn can really be!
