Over the last year, we've heard a lot of rumors about the Spice Girls possibly reuniting for an EPIC 20th anniversary event celebrating their breakout when their single Wannabe dropped back in 1996!
Just when we thought it was going to happen, we learned that both Victoria Beckham and Melanie C. would not be joining in on the fun.

Well let us piece your little nostalgic heart back together because even though two of the ladies are not down for a reunion, it seems that Mel B., Geri Horner, and Emma Bunton are going on with the show!
Not only does Mirror report that the three ladies were spotted holed up in in London's Play Deep Studios, allegedly working on new music, but Mel took to Instagram to share a snap of the reunion!

While it doesn't look like the Spice Girls will ever be getting together for a reunion tour, at least we can rest easy knowing it's all Victoria Beckham's fault.
The fashion designer has made it very clear she is done with the musical stage of her life… but according to a new interview, she may have never even been a musician in the first place!

That's because Vicky just admitted when the girls used to perform live, their managers would completely turn her mic off because she wasn't as talented as Melanie C., Mel B., Emma Bunton, or Geri Horner!
Victoria stopped by the Vogue 100: A Century of Style exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London on Thursday where she opened up to The Telegraph about her little microphone trick, saying:
Let's face it. We're no longer living in a spice world.
The Spice Girls 20th Anniversary reunion tour already hit a bit of a snag back in January when Victoria Beckham announced she would not be partaking in the concert series… but we think the dream is officially dead today.
That's because it was just reported that Melanie C. has followed Posh's lead and will not be joining Mel B., Geri Horner, and Emma Bunton for any potential shows in the near future!

A source close to Melanie revealed her continued solo career aspirations to The Sun on Wednesday, saying:
Today is not a very good day for British music groups…
The Spice Girls are one of the most influential girl groups of all time, but it doesn't look like they're about to recreate that magic any time soon.

That's because Victoria Beckham has, once again, dashed all hopes of a potential Spice Girls reunion!
Despite multiple rumors stating the contrary, Posh's rep confirmed the sad new on Wednesday, saying:
It looks like we might get to spice up our lives again after all!
Mel B gave us a big reason to look forward to 2016 — the possibility of a Spice Girls reunion!
While appearing on Alan Carr's New Year's Spectacular, Scary Spice teased fans that the iconic girl group would be doing something to celebrate their 20th anniversary!

According to The Express, the 40-year-old revealed that she was pressuring the girls to get the band together to commemorate their career that took off in 1996!
The singer said:
But we want to spice up our lives!!!
Melanie C is apparently refusing to take part in the Spice Girls 2016 Reunion Tour unless fifth member Victoria Beckham re-joins the group for it!

According to reports, the performer better known as Sporty Spice doesn't want the group's second comeback tour to happen unless Beckham — of course known in the group and to the world as Posh — joins up for what would be the band's 20th anniversary.
According to a source speaking to The Sun, the group has to be ALL five girls:

Melanie Chisolm — aka Sporty Spice — bestowed upon us the best Throwback Thursday gift of all time when she stopped by BBC Radio 2 to serenade listeners with some nostalgia!
The former Spice Girls member appeared on the Chris Evans Breakfast Show (no, not THAT Chris Evans) and gave an acoustic performance of the group's 1997 hit Too Much — and slayed the vocals all by herself!
