Fuller House is less than a day away from dropping on Netflix and we couldn't be more excited.
Since the announcement that the show would be coming back in a new way, one of the biggest topics about the revival series has been the Olsen Twins not returning.
While most of the cast signed on, Mary-Kate and Ashley opted out, a sad fact at which John Stamos has thrown some shade, even joking he wanted Elizabeth Olsen to play the sisters' role on Fuller House.

Fuller House is a mere matter of hours away from its premiere, but we're still a little bummed that Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen won't be taking part in the reboot.

Though some of the original castmates won't be returning for the four-part Netflix miniseries, series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino is willing to pull some strings for one former cast member turned movie star — Melissa McCarthy!
The writer explained that she would LOVE for the actress to make a quick cameo as Sookie St. James in the revival, but isn't getting her hopes up due to McCarthy's insane filming schedule!

Speaking to TVLine, Sherman-Palladino said:
While most of America is pumped for the Fuller House premiere, we'd be lying if we said we weren't bummed about Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen skipping out on the reboot.
We've heard all about the twins' on-again-off-again feud with John Stamos, but now another person involved with the Netflix sitcom is speaking out about their absence.
