Chris Brown may be out of jail, but Baylee Curran's allegations are still haunting him.

It's been just under a month since the singer was arrested following the former beauty queen's claims that he threatened her with a gun, and now Breezy's parenting skills are officially being called into question.

On Thursday, an investigator from the Department of Child and Family Services — along with LAPD — arrived at the scandalized star's El Lay home to check up on his daughter Royalty, who was reportedly there as well.

Sources tell TMZ that Breezy's baby momma, Nia Guzman, filed a complaint against the famous father in light of Miz Curran's accusations.

We are curious as to why the investigation is just happening now, especially since the district attorney hasn't filed charges against Chris.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie

What a mess.

As you know, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt after two years married and twelve years together.

The 41-year-old is seeking full physical and half legal custody of the couple's six children Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

Right now, everyone is talking about the September 14 incident where the 52-year-old actor allegedly was "verbally abusive and physical" with one or more of the kids on a private jet from France to the United States, and how it contributed to the split.

As we know, the case has been reportedly turned over to the FBI as the situation in question happened outside of the LAPD's jurisdiction.

Us Weekly reports, however, that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) did speak with both Jolie and Pitt while aboard the plane last week — but "after interviewing both [Brad and Angelina], they let them go."

Brad Pitt

Whoa.

As we reported, Brad Pitt is currently under investigation after a September 14 incident on a private plane in which he allegedly got verbally abusive and a bit physical with the kids he shares with estranged wife Angelina Jolie.

Now, TMZ's law enforcement sources are saying the case is out of the LAPD's hands as the alleged incident occurred mid-air on a flight from France to the United States — which means it's technically in the FBI's jurisdiction.

Although the LAPD's Abused Child Unit (ACU) has closed it's file and the FBI will be taking over, if the LAPD does end up finding any evidence that abuse occurred at the famous family's California home, they will open a new case.

Meanwhile, Pitt insiders deny any abuse ever happened.

We will keep you updated as more details become available.
