Gun control debates have sparked once again after Wednesday's devastating shooting of two journalists during a live television interview.

While Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has been very adamant about her views on gun control, her potential Republican opponent Donald Trump attributes this tragedy to a different issue!

On Thursday, the former Apprentice host explained he was opposed to creating stricter gun laws in the U.S., but would rather address mental health issues to prevent more shootings.

Heartbroken Father Of Virginia TV Reporter Says Hearing Her Voice 'Crushes My Soul' & Responds To Footage Killer Filmed & Uploaded

This is so sad.

The news of television reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward who were shot and killed on camera yesterday by a disgruntled former station worker Vester Flanagan – also known by his on-air name Bryce Williams – shocked the nation.

Not only did the the attack take place during a live segment, but Flanagan filmed the shooting with a go-pro and uploaded it to his social media accounts for the world to see. Since the event, Flanagan was cornered by police, shot himself, and ended up dying at a hospital from the wound.

Freshman TV Show Mr. Robot's Season Finale Was Postponed For Being Too Similar To WDBJ Reporter Shooting!

This is still such horrific news.

We were absolutely shocked on Wednesday morning when we heard about the terrifying double homicide of a reporter and cameraman killed on live TV.

Well, it seems as though the murders had a wider reach than just the Virginia community where the WDBJ7 station was located, because one network actually had to postpone a scheduled finale for being too similar to the crime!

Apparently, the finale of critically-acclaimed Mr. Robot was supposed to air Wednesday night on USA, but the channel decided to push the episode back a week in respect for Alison Parker and Adam Ward's friends and families.

Mr. Robot addressed the decision to air last week's episode in its place on Twitter, saying:
