We all know how incredible he is, but when you put it like that, WOW!
The United States Olympic Team took to Twitter to share:
It's been years since Zac Efron entered rehab for drug addiction, but the Baywatch star is slowly starting to open up about his sobriety.
In the June issue of Elle, the 28-year-old spoke on how life-changing it's been for him.
And considering he hasn't really spoken out much since getting clean, this is pretty big. He shared:
"What I found is structure. That led me to a balance of opposites: You get out of life what you put in. There was a moment when my morning routine was, like, Get up and Google yourself. But that stopped, dramatically and instantly, probably three years ago. I realized that viewing yourself through other people's pictures is not living your own life. I wasn't really being myself. A lot of my hobbies had gone out the window. I couldn't skateboard or surf for fear of being followed. Crossing the line of fear is what leads to greatness."
If you don't remember, the actor reportedly overdosed on heroin before entering rehab in 2013. Such scary stuff!
But it sounds like Zac is getting back to being himself now. We couldn't be happier!
He even continued that he's facing his fears, revealing:
TBT May 12, 2008: "My obsession with Zac runs deep and long! I hope he knows Zacquisha was a term of endearment! And to Vanessa Hudgens, sorry again!"
He hasn't broken up with her yet????
Zacquisha and the Vagina Flasher were joined by their High School Musical co-star, Ashley Tisdale, at the LA Lakers vs Utah Jazz basketball game in Salt Lake City on Sunday.
The trio signed balls. Uhmm…fun!
Zefron and crew are in Utah filming the last installment of High School Musical with the entire original cast. You know he ain't gonna be back for a 4th one!
We can't wait for HSM to come out - in theaters! - this October.
There's been too much Miley lately and not enough Zacquisha!

Dave Franco played your stereotypical frat bro in the 2014 comedy Neighbors.
Not only did his character Pete chug beers and perform quite the penis party trick, he got revenge on best bro Teddy (Zac Efron) by having sex with his girlfriend!
But in the upcoming Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising, the Delta Psi alum's return could be the biggest twist in the film — because he's now in a relationship with another man!
This might seem like a surprising turn for the brotastic sequel, but director Nicholas Stoller says he's been wanting to evolve Pete's sexuality for quite some time.
In an interview with Yahoo! Movies, the Forgetting Sarah Marshall filmmaker explained he was inspired by the bromance between Pete and Teddy in the original film — particularly when Pete says "I love you" to his friend after Teddy takes the blame for a firework-wrecked party house.
"Clearly, we're playing with the homoerotic tension there, and I was like, 'He should just be gay,' Then in this one, it came up again. [Co-writer] Evan Goldberg brought it up, and he said, 'I think he should be gay, and part of [his arc] should be the proposal.' It was kind of all of us coming to the same conclusion."
So not only is Franco's character gay, but he's about to get married to his one true bro (played by
Cue double the drool!
It's no secret that we're obsessed with Zac Efron. How could we not be? Have you SEEN him?! Well, we're equally as obsessed with his younger brother, Dylan, since he's equally as attractive.
It's basic math, really.
Anyway, the High School Musical alum finally remembered to share a sweet snap with his sibling on Tuesday in honor of National Sibling Day.
And even though the holiday happened about three weeks ago, we'll let is slide, since the Instagram photo of him and Dylan is so aesthetically pleasing.
If a picture is worth 1,000 words, this one translates to "holy sh*t" repeated five hundred times. Because that's our reaction to the actor's beautiful baby bro.
LOOK AT HIM.
Anyway, since this isn't the first time the 24-year-old has showed up on the Baywatch star's IG, we decided to learn a little more about him.
Here's what we've got:
Zac Efron is back on the market… but it doesn't seem like he's trying to get back out there anytime soon.
So what's the Neighbors actor up to since the split?
A source tells People that the 28-year-old hunk is focusing on work:
"Zac tends to keep to himself and doesn't seem to hang out with his coworkers often."
And when he's not on camera, he makes sure to keep his hot bod in tip top shape:
This is the start of something AH-Mazing!
Now that High School Musical 4: Wild and Knights is officially a go, it should be interesting to see which original cast members head back to East High for the new class.
The 2006 Disney Channel Original Movie launched the careers of Zac Efron, Ashley Tisdale, Vanessa Hudgens, and many more, but we're happy to say that one Wildcat is intent on getting back in the game!
Bart Johnson, who played Coach Bolton — Troy's DILF/basketball coach — in the original, has made an audition video to play none other than Coach Bolton in HSM4!
Disney is currently holding an open casting call for fans to try out for any of the new lead roles – Erin, Tamara, Nathalie, Derek, Peyton, and Campbell — but we know who we want to lead the basketball team to victory! LOLz!!!
Maybe if Bart gets cast that will mean Zac has to come back as Troy…
We can dream!
Ch-ch-check out Bart's re-audition for High School Musical 4 (below)!!!
Zac Efron is doing just fine after his split with Sami Miro!
On Sunday, the High School Musical alum opened up about what makes him happy while promoting his new flick Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising at a press day in El Lay.
"Try and find what really motivates you, find what you love, and do your best to keep searching for that thing. Work hard when you find it."
Well said! In case you forgot, the Hollywood hottie and the model called it quits on their relationship last month, after less than two years of dating, because the "spark had died" between them. Eh, it happens!
The 28 year old even elaborated on his mantra as he highlighted finding happiness when overcoming fears. He continued:
