She's already been injured trying to carry a large flower arrangement sent to her by Tyler Perry, has been harassed about looking "old as hell" by random Twitterusers, and now, her troubled OWN network has been slapped with a lawsuit on the grounds of sex and disability discrimination, failure to prevent discrimination, retaliation and willful failure to pay wages upon discharge or termination!
According to legal documents, filed Friday in the El Lay Superior Court, Carolyn Hommel asserts that she was originally hired as senior director of scheduling and acquisitions back in 2010, and during her time at the company, co-owned by Discovery Communications, she was considered a valuable employee and even expected to become a vice president!
All we have to say here is that Chris Brown is VERY lucky that Frank Ocean decided not to press charges against him after their recent parking lot brawl, because according to the channel. Orange singer's producer, Michael Uzowuru, who was present that evening, the notoriously rage-prone singer could have found himself in SERIOUS legal trouble!
Uzowuru re-counted the entire incident at Westlake Studios via blog-post early this morning, and asserted that while the fight did stem from Breezy parking in a spot labeled "Frank," it only escalated AFTER Ocean told him to move!
That's when one of Brown's friends, described as a "big dude," suddenly punched Frank's friend Chito in the face, and:
"Then instantly Chris and the other dude grab [Frank] and try to jump him. There's no doubt in my mind the whole thing was a set up."
His story helped secure her an Academy Award, and now, hopefully, her presence will help secure him a WIN at the Super Bowl!
Sandra Bullock has clearly not forgotten the critical and commercial success she garnered for playing the role of Leigh Anne Tuohy in The Blind Side - based on the family who took in Michael Oher and helped secure him a successful football career that has ultimately led to his position with the Baltimore Ravens - as according to the real-life matriarch, the actress will be present at the big game tonight in New Orleans, cheering him on!

We had been wondering what Amanda Bynes was up to lately!
Turns out, a whole lot of the same: smoking tons and tons of weed and pissing people off!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.
Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:
"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."
That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:
"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."
She added:
"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."
Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
