Taryn Manning is grateful for her journey, no matter how difficult.
As you may know, the Orange Is the New Black star has struggled with her sobriety – but she's taking the necessary steps to heal, and is grateful for the process.
Speaking to TMZ recently, the 37-year-old expressed:
"I am truly grateful for what some may call hitting rock bottom … Some days it sucks and some days it sucks worse. I am not ashamed of this obstacle because I have accepted that it is okay to not be okay."

And although Miz Manning's schedule keeps her from entering rehab, she turns to her sober companion, therapists, friends, and "other safe outlets" for support and guidance.
Not to mention, the DJ couldn't feel "more accepted" by her OITNB cast and crew:
"I've never felt more accepted, forgiven, and supported than during this period of my life. This is not easy."
Aw, we loves hearing she's surrounded by love during this difficult time!
Good luck, Taryn!
