Speaking to TMZ on Monday, Jose Baez denied such rumors:
"Rumors of letters to a gay lover, in or out of prison, are false. These are malicious leaks used to tarnish somebody who is dead."
And as far as if he believes Aaron's death was suicidal or murder, he added:
Guys. He's called Mad Max. Not Gentle Max.

It all started when a couple South London thieves ran a red light on a stolen moped, only to crash into a Mercedes. One was too injured to run and was quickly apprehended by police, but the other bolted — and that's when Tom sprang into action.
Apparently without a thought for his own safety, Tom ran after the perp, down the street, through gardens, even leaping over a wall!
Eyewitness Arun Pullen, whose yard Tom dashed through, described the incident right out of a film to The Sun, saying:
Well well, what do we have here?
Teen Mom's Javi Marroquin was spotted getting cozy in El Lay with new costar Briana DeJesus' sister, Brittany!
The father of three-year-old Lincoln, whom he shares with Kailyn Lowry, posted a video to Snapchat of him waking the 25-year-old up in her hotel room before they were seen hitting up a club together. Juicy!
