This is HUGE for not just Jackie Evancho's sister, but for the entire Transgender Rights movement!
On Monday, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled that Juliet Evancho, along with fellow plaintiffs Elissa Ridenour and A.S., must be given access to the bathrooms at their school which match their gender identity. Nonetheless, US District Court Judge Mark R. Hornak is on the right side of history as he issued a temporary injunction which bars the Pine-Richland School District from forcing Juliet and her peers into using private bathrooms or restrooms matching their birth sex.
