Jared Fogle's ex-wife Kathleen McLaughlin filed a lawsuit on Monday claiming Subway knew its longtime spokesperson was a pedophile.
As we're sure you're aware, the 39-year-old pleaded guilty to charges of child pornography and engaging in sexual conduct with a minor and was sentenced to 15 years in prison last November.
During a press conference today, the mother-of-two claimed the fast food chain received at least one complaint of Fogle's "depravities" and "sexual interest and activity with children" many years ago, but did nothing about it.
In fact, McLaughlin says the company just covered up the accusations with a PR campaign labeling Fogle as a "family man" — using Kathleen and the couple's kids in its advertising without a contractual agreement.

Khloé Kardashian is finally, and officially, moving on.
As they wait for a judge's signature to make the divorce complete, we're hearing the KUWTK star's budding relationship with Cavs player Tristan Thompson is continuing to get stronger and stronger.
Not only were the two spotted once again out partying over the weekend (as documented on Khloé's pal Simon's Snapchat), but KoKo is even making an effort to be in Cleveland as much as possible — and will reportedly be there for his game this weekend.
