Lie faceup on the floor with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Bring your arms to your sides with your palms up. Squeeze your glutes and slowly lift your hips as you raise your spine off the floor. Keep squeezing those glutes as you roll up and push through your heels. When you're all the way up, take a deep breath. Exhale, squeezing glutes as you roll slowly down to the floor.
