10 Times Donald Trump Helped Spread Fake News!

Credit: Twitter
During his campaign, Trump retweeted an incendiary meme about black-on-black violence with statistics from the "Crime Statistics Bureau - San Francisco."

The thing is, that organization doesn't exist. These numbers are all made up, all wrong, and most WILDLY inaccurate. Whites are NOT 5 times more likely to be killed by blacks; they're over 5 times more likely to be killed by whites. When confronted with the fakeness, Trump responded, "Am I going to check every statistic?"

The source of the meme can't be confirmed, but the first time it was shared on Twitter was by a neo-Nazi with a swastika as his avatar. This isn't data; it's white nationalist propaganda.
