Roseanne Cast: Then & Now

Credit: ABC, WENN
Roseanne Barr has had her ups and downs since headlining her groundbreaking sitcom.

After negotiations for a Roseanne spinoff fell through at ABC, the comedienne hosted her own talk show, The Roseanne Show, for two years until it was canceled in 2000. In 2003, she took on the dual role of starring in a reality show called The Real Roseanne Show about hosting a cooking show called Domestic Goddess, which she also hosted. Sadly, both projects were canceled prematurely due to her hysterectomy.

In 2011, she announced her candidacy for president in the 2012 presidential election, running on the "Green Party Ticket". She took to the streets later that year joining the protests of the Occupy Wall Street movement, stating that any "guilty" bankers should be forced to give up excess income and be executed by beheading if they resisted. Roseanne *somehow* lost the primary election to Jill Stein.

But with the Roseanne reboot coming up, 2018 is looking to be her comeback year!
