Karen Pence has just announced she’s “excited” to return to teaching art at Virginia’s Immanuel Christian School which sounds so benign — until you look at the school’s application.

In order to attend, faculty must avow they are against homosexuality and same sex marriage. For real.
Employees have to attest on their application:
“I understand that the term ‘marriage’ has only one meaning; the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive covenant union as delineated in Scripture.”
They must also say they understand sex should only be between “a man and a woman who are married to each other.”
Their list of disqualifying “moral misconduct” specifically includes “homosexual or lesbian sexual activity, polygamy, transgender identity, any other violation of the unique roles of male and female.”

Students can also be barred from the school for “participating in, supporting, or condoning sexual immorality, homosexual activity or bi-sexual activity, promoting such practices or being unable to support the moral principles of the school.”
And the Second Lady worked there for 12 YEARS?? Ugh.
We can’t say we’re SURPRISED. Mike Pence has favored the abusive practice of conversion therapy in the past. These people truly believe gays are evil.
